Dragon Palace

Dragon Palace offers authentic Cantonese fare at great prices, including a $4.50 lunch special. And we've heard that after 3:30 p.m., Dim Sum is only $1.00 per plate (but you should this with the restaurant). Peking Duck is available for dinner. Lots of private rooms make this a good candidate for parties or larger groups.

"My husband and I were exploring Chinatown recently and decided to have dinner there.  We randomly chose Dragon Palace and had one of the best dining experiences in quite a while.  Every one was so curtious and helpful when ordering and throughout the meal.  You told them your likes and dislikes and they recommended a dish right off the bat for you.  Then the food finally came and it was out of this world.  We had visited China a couple of years ago and the food just brought us back there.  It was so fresh and the flavors just jumped out at you.  We kept on eating despite the fact that we were full.  The evening was a success and we would recommend it to anyone who is in the area.  And if you are not in the area, it is worth the trip.  You will not be disappointed!"

"My friends chose a great place for my birthday party at the Dragon Palace.  The food was excellent and the service responsive.  Of all the restaurants I've been to in Chinatown, this one had both the ample space for all my friends as well as the delicious fare."

"If you currently live in NYC's Chinatown, you will know that the old-fashioned, Hong Kong-styled dim sum houses are in rapid decline. Dragon Palace is a refreshing change, with great food that harks back to classic Cantonese-style dishes as well as some very good experimental fare.  Best of all, the food served is always hot, something that has become a huge problem in chinese restaurants over the years.  Spacious and clean, Dragon Palace even has private rooms for parties, karaoke, or wedding banquets. I live out in the west coast, but discovered this place while visiting family and friends.  I've been back a few times already, and will seek this place again for my next visit.  A definite winner and highly recommended!"

"As a former NYPD officer working out of the 5th precinct, located in Chinatown, for over 10 years, I've had my share of Chinese cuisine. I must say the Dragon Palace is a must-go-to restaurant for not only tourists but the locals as well. As a large and varied ethnic group, we sampled almost everything on the menu without disappointment. That speaks a lot to the crowd I was with! Also, the dining area was spacious, bright and the fish tanks added a cozy atmosphere. The service was friendly and professional. I have and will continue to recommend the Dragon Palace to all my friends and family."
