The Atmosphere:

Dim Sum Go Go is Dim Sum chic chic. In the day, natural light pours in generously. Mirrors everywhere give the illusion of a larger and more grandiose setting. Walls are pristine white, with fiery-red artwork depicting Chinese characters and settings. Spotless white tablecloths are painstakingly laid. Staff wearing red shirts chirpily greet and whisk you to your seat.
