Graffiti and Bills/Stickers Removal

Under NYC Law, all property owners are required to remove, or arrange for the removal of graffiti from their property.

The Chinatown BID has contracted sanitation services for the district with a supplemental service contractor in an effort to help keep our district clean and graffiti free. The contractor will remove all graffiti and bills/stickers upon permission of the property owner, subject to weather conditions and building/roof access where necessary.  If you are within the Chinatown BID service area, please download the bi-lingual consent form HERE.
