Feb 5 - 18th Annual Lunar New Year Parade & Festival
12pm to 4:30pm
Parade Route: Beginning on Hester Street, goes along Mott Street, to Chatham Square, to Division Street, to Eldridge Street, to Forsyth and Grand Street
Suggested viewing locations: East Broadway or by Grand Street / Sara Roosevelt Park 

Feb 11 - Lunar New Year Festival

Lunar New Year Events Around the City 

Jan 29 - Madison Street to Madison Ave
11am to 3pm, Harman Store, 527 Madison Avenue, Manhattan
Celebrations kick off at 11:00am inside the HARMAN Store with cultural performances. On 54th Street between Madison and Park Avenues, families, neighbors and visitors can enjoy a range of fun kid-friendly activities inside heated tents including, Chinese face painting, calligraphy and a themed photo booth. 

Following the performances, crowds will send off two Lion Dance troupes as they make their way up Madison Avenue through the Upper East Side, on a decorated trolley, stopping at select retailers offering Lunar New Year promotions to commemorate the turn of the Chinese calendar.
