Bo Zai Fan  (煲仔飯)
  

New York Magazine named A-Wah Restaurant and its bo zai fan (claypot rice) as its 2011 Best Chinatown Fix.  The casserole is usually available with chicken, Chinese sausage, duck, frog and eel as toppings.
